Please note that due to the times we are experiencing product shortages due to vendor supply chain issues, and some of our menu options may not be available. We require a minimum two week, 10-business day notice on all catering events.
For any dietary restriction or food allergies, please reach out to our team located in the "About Us" tab. You may also make note of these needs in the special instructions area, when placing your event order.

Service Charges:
There is a standard $35 Service Charge applied to internal (Clayton Faculty, Staff and Student Organizations) catering events. This service charge covers the setup, breakdown, and linen need for all food tables at the event. Service charges are voided for any orders picked up at the Lakeside Dining Hall by the client. Any external catering events are subject to a 18% service charge calculated by the Catertrax system.
Late Fees:
Any event order that is outside of the 10 business day window for any event notification to our catering team is subject to a late fee of $50.
Catering Attendant/Server & Bartender Pricing:
Attendants, Servers and bartenders are not included for catered events. Attendants, Servers and Bartenders are billed per hour, with a 4-hour minimum per position needed.
Payment Policy:
When placing a catering order, it's essential to inform us in advance if you are using a declining balance.
If you fail to notify us upfront, the declining balance cannot be applied.
Final payment on all events are due one week prior to the scheduled event day.
Cancellation Policy:
All clients may cancel a scheduled event up until 2 weeks out, from the event date. After the 2 week grace period, there is a 25% charge based on the total event amount, due to Aladdin for late event cancelation.
Catering Deposit Policy:
All catering event deposits are due 3 weeks from the scheduled event day. The event deposit amount is 25% of the total amount on the catering event.
Weekend Policy:
Please not that *ALL WEEKEND EVENTS (FRIDAYS AFTER 3PM - SUNDAYS) REQUIRE A $600 MINIMUM and will be charged per catering attendant, server, or bartender needed. There is a 4-hour minimum, per role needed.
